Build your ideal customer profile
An Audience tells Yori who you sell to: the organisations, the people who buy, what gets in their way and what they want. Build it once and every draft is written for the same reader.

1. Start a new Audience
Open Knowledge and create an Audience. Give it a name your team will recognise, like “IT Directors · UK”, and describe the organisations you sell to.
2. Choose your source
Generate from a short brief when you can describe your buyers in a few lines, or from source materials such as customer notes, win reviews or case studies. Source generation takes uploaded files rather than pasted notes or links.
3. Review what Yori writes
Yori builds the Audience page and shows its progress there, so you can leave and come back. Check the firmographics, personas, challenges, needs and goals before you rely on it.
4. Put it to work
Add the Audience to a project's context, or make it a default, so every chat and Service writes for the same people.
Tip
Creating an Audience with AI can use credits. Start from your two or three best customers rather than your whole market, then add more Audiences as you need them.
