Your plan decides which features your workspace can use and how many credits it gets each month. This page explains what each plan includes, how to compare them in the app, and how to change or cancel your plan.

The plans at a glance

Every plan comes with unlimited users, so you never pay per seat. The plan belongs to the workspace, and everyone in the workspace shares its features and credits.

What every plan includes

All plans, including the Free trial, include:

  • Projects, chats and files
  • Brand Profiles and Audiences
  • Knowledge
  • Yori Guided Services
  • Connectors
  • Canvas

Free trial

New workspaces start on the Free trial. You get 25 trial credits with no card needed, and they last for one month. Each person gets trial credits once, so another workspace you create later starts without them. During the trial you can use the same features as Pro. When the trial credits run out or expire, AI actions stop until you upgrade, but you can still open and review your work. See Out of credits.

You can't buy top-ups on the Free trial. Plans & credits says "You can buy more credits on Pro or Business." They're also locked after a paid plan ends, until you restart a plan.

Pro

Pro is the core AI marketing workflow for one organisation. It includes 25 credits each month, optional extra monthly credits, one-off top-ups, and up to 3 private Personal Services per person.

Business

Business adds shared context, governance and reporting for teams. On top of everything in Pro, you get:

  • Unlimited Personal Services
  • Organisation Services that the whole workspace can use
  • Sharing Brand Profiles and Audiences with the team
  • Team roles and permissions
  • Team usage reporting, so admins can see Everyone in Usage

Enterprise

Enterprise is for distributors and vendors who run partner programmes. It adds partner workspaces with their own credit caps, partner analytics, broadcasts to partners, shared brand assets, services and solutions libraries, Enterprise roles and invoiced billing. Pricing and credits are set by contract. To find out more, select Book a demo in the app or email sales@askyori.ai. See the Enterprise overview.

Where to find your plan

  1. In the sidebar, select Settings.
  2. Under Workspace, select Plans & credits.

The top of the page shows your credits on the left and your current plan on the right. Below that you'll find Change plan, with a card for Pro, Business and Enterprise, and then Buy more credits. Credits are explained in Credits and billing.

Everyone in the workspace can open Plans & credits and see the plan. Only workspace admins can change it. If you're not an admin, you'll see Only billing admins can change billing. or Billing admins only in place of the buttons.

Compare all features

Select Compare all features under the plan cards to open Compare plans. It lists every feature by plan, grouped into Credits and billing, Everyday work, Teams and Enterprise. Your current plan is marked Current. From here you can select Book an Enterprise demo, or Upgrade to Business if you're an admin on the Free trial or Pro. Select Plans & credits at the top to go back.

Locked features

If you try to use a feature your plan doesn't include, Yori shows a message such as Business required with the text "Upgrade to Business to access Organisation Services." Select View plans to go straight to Plans & credits, or Close to carry on.

Change plan

The Change plan section has a Monthly and Annual switch at the top right, then one card per plan.

Each Pro and Business card shows:

  • The plan name, and Current plan if you're on it
  • The price for the selected billing interval, for example "/month, ex VAT" or "/year, ex VAT". Annual prices also show how much you save.
  • A short description of the plan
  • A monthly credits menu, such as 25 credits a month. Open it to choose how many credits you want each month. The included amount is marked Included and every larger amount shows its extra monthly price.
  • An action button, such as Upgrade to Business, Downgrade to Pro or Update credits

The Enterprise card shows Custom and a Book a demo button.

Upgrade from the Free trial

  1. Open Plans & credits.
  2. Choose Monthly or Annual.
  3. On the Pro or Business card, choose your monthly credits, then select Upgrade to Pro or Upgrade to Business. You can also select Upgrade to Pro in the plan summary at the top.
  4. Check the summary in the Upgrade to Pro? dialog. It shows your monthly credits and the new price.
  5. Select Continue to checkout. You'll finish paying in a secure Stripe checkout.
  6. When you return to Yori, you'll see "Confirming your payment. This usually takes a few seconds." Your new plan appears once the payment is confirmed.

Have a coupon? You can enter it at checkout. Hover over Have a coupon? next to the upgrade button for a reminder.

Upgrade from Pro to Business

  1. On the Business card, select Upgrade to Business.
  2. The Switch to Business? dialog explains that your plan changes straight away and you'll be charged the difference for the rest of this billing period. It shows the plan change, the new price and the amount Due today.
  3. Select Confirm and pay, followed by the amount.

You'll see Plan updated when the change is done. Business features are available straight away.

Downgrade from Business to Pro

  1. On the Pro card, select Downgrade to Pro.
  2. The Switch to Pro? dialog shows when the change starts. You keep Business and your current credits until then, and nothing is charged today.
  3. Select Confirm.

The downgrade is scheduled for your renewal date. Until then, the Pro card shows Scheduled and the date it starts, and a banner at the top of the page says "Switching to Pro with 25 credits a month on" followed by the date.

To stay on Business, select Keep Business in the banner, then Keep Business again to confirm. Select Go back to leave the scheduled change in place.

Switch between monthly and annual billing

Annual plans are billed once a year and save 10%. Choose your interval with the Monthly and Annual switch before you upgrade.

Once you have an active paid subscription, you can't switch between monthly and annual billing from Plans & credits. The switch is locked and shows "You can't switch between monthly and annual billing here while your subscription is active." Contact Yori through Help and feedback if you need to change it.

Cancel your plan

  1. Open Plans & credits.
  2. In the plan summary, select Manage billing.
  3. Select Cancel plan. This opens Stripe's secure billing page, where you confirm the cancellation.
  4. Return to Yori.

Cancelling takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Until then, a banner says "Your plan ends on" followed by the date, with "You keep access and credits until then." Your plan shows an Ending tag and the end date.

Changed your mind? Before the end date, select Keep subscription in the banner. This opens Stripe's billing page, where you can renew the plan.

After your plan ends

Once the end date passes, a banner says your plan ended and the date it ended. Your plan shows an Ended tag and "No monthly credits". Monthly credits stop, and you can't buy top-ups until you have a plan again. Any top-up credits you already bought still work until they expire.

To start again:

  1. Open Plans & credits.
  2. Select Restart followed by your old plan's name (for example Restart Business), or select Choose Pro or Choose Business on a plan card.
  3. Check the details and select Continue to checkout.
  4. Pay in Stripe's secure checkout, then return to Yori.

Your new plan starts straight away, with its monthly credits and top-ups.

This works the same if your plan was billed by invoice. Once it ends, you can restart it here and pay by card, or contact Yori to be invoiced again.

If a payment fails

If Stripe can't take a payment for your plan and gives up retrying, a banner says your last payment didn't go through. Your plan shows a Payment failed tag, monthly credits are paused, and you can't buy top-ups. Any top-up credits you already bought still work.

To restore your plan, a billing admin selects Pay invoice in the plan summary and pays in Stripe's secure invoice page. If there's no invoice to pay, the button is Update payment details instead, which opens Stripe's billing page. You can't change plan or monthly credits until the payment goes through, so you're never charged for two plans.

If your very first payment never completes, there's nothing to pay. Your plan shows as ended, and you can restart it.

Who can manage the plan

Task Workspace admins Members
See the plan, credits and Compare plans Yes Yes
Upgrade, downgrade or change monthly credits Yes No
Buy top-ups Yes No
Open Manage billing, invoices or Cancel plan Yes No

The billing admin is any workspace admin. To learn how roles work, see People and roles.

Partner workspaces

If an Enterprise runs your workspace as a partner, your plan shows the Enterprise's name and an Enterprise-managed tag. The Enterprise sets your features and credits, so you won't see Change plan or top-ups. See Credits and billing.

Direct Enterprise customers

If your workspace has its own Enterprise contract, the plan summary shows Enterprise plan with a Contract tag. In place of the plan cards, you'll see "Your plan is managed by Yori" and a Contact Yori button. Admins can open Invoices from the plan summary. To change your contract, talk to your account manager.
