A partner admin runs a workspace that an Enterprise has set up for their business. You use Yori in the normal way, with your Enterprise's branding, content and credits built in, and you manage your own team. This guide explains what's different in a partner workspace and what you can control.

Becoming a partner admin

Your Enterprise adds your workspace and launches it. Launching emails an invite to your first admin. Accept it to join as an Admin of the workspace. Enterprise admins can invite more admins later, and invites expire after 7 days. If yours has expired, ask your Enterprise contact to resend it.

Once you're in, you can invite the rest of your team yourself. See People and roles.

What's different in a partner workspace

Area What you'll notice
Look and feel Your Enterprise may brand Yori with its own logo, colours and fonts.
Services Services your Enterprise shares with you appear alongside your own.
Solutions libraries Product and solution knowledge your Enterprise shares appears in Knowledge.
Brand profiles and audiences Your Enterprise may create these for you and share them into your workspace.
Notifications Announcements from your Enterprise (broadcasts) arrive in your notifications.
Credits Your Enterprise gives your workspace a monthly credit limit. There are no plans to choose.
Enterprise area You never see Enterprise in the sidebar. That's for your Enterprise's own team.

What your Enterprise shares with you depends on the tags your Enterprise gives your workspace. If you expected a Service or library and can't see it, ask your Enterprise contact.

Use Enterprise-shared content

Content your Enterprise shares stays theirs. You can use it in chats and projects, but you can't change the original.

When an Enterprise-assigned Service is visible, treat it as read-only. You can inspect the package tree and file contents the UI displays, but cannot edit the assigned original. Duplicate it to a private copy only when the app offers that action, then adapt the copy you own. When your Enterprise shares an update, you keep the version you have until they share the new one.

Credits in a partner workspace

Open Settings and choose Plans & credits to see your credits:

  • The plan card shows your Enterprise's name with an Enterprise-managed tag, and how many workspace credits are left out of your monthly limit. Below it reads "Your allowance is set by your Enterprise contract."
  • Your Yori credits splits what you have into credits included by your Enterprise, any trial credits, and any credits you bought yourself.
  • You can't change plan or buy top-ups here. Your Enterprise controls your credits.

Credits reset each month. When your workspace uses its whole monthly limit, AI actions stop and Yori tells you the workspace has reached its monthly credit cap. Ask your Enterprise admin to raise it, or wait until it resets. See Out of credits.

Ask for more credits

Admins of the partner workspace can ask the Enterprise to raise this month's limit. Yori won't charge your workspace for it.

  1. Open Settings and choose Plans & credits.
  2. Find Request more credits.
  3. Under How many extra credits?, pick an amount or enter your own. Use steps of 50 credits. Yori shows what your new allowance would be.
  4. Optionally, add a Note for your administrator (up to 2,000 characters).
  5. Select Send request.

While it's waiting, you'll see how much you asked for, when, and when the request expires (at the end of the month). Select Withdraw request to cancel it. Yori lets you know when your Enterprise approves or declines it. They may approve a different amount, or decline with a note.

Members who aren't admins see the section with the message "A Partner Owner or Admin can submit an allowance request."

Manage your team's credits

As an Admin you can give each person a monthly credit limit, or pause their AI use, from Settings, then People. See People and roles. Your Enterprise can also see and change these personal limits.

If your workspace is paused or archived

Your Enterprise can pause or archive your workspace. When that happens, a red banner appears at the top of Yori and AI actions stop. Select the banner to see the status page. See Partner workspace status.

If your Enterprise disconnects your workspace, you keep the workspace, its people, its projects and any credits you bought yourself. You lose the Enterprise's credits, shared Services, libraries and tags.

What you can't do

These are handled by your Enterprise, so contact them if you need a change:

  • Change your workspace's monthly credit limit (you can ask for more, as above).
  • Change which Services and libraries you get.
  • Pause, resume, archive or restore your workspace.
  • See your Enterprise's contract, invoices or other partners.
