Partner/Content Manager is an Enterprise role for the people who look after what partners can use: tags, partner brand profiles and audiences, Services, Solutions libraries, vendors, partner branding and broadcast drafts. It is not the same as an Enterprise admin, Enterprise billing admin, or partner admin role.

How you get this role

An Enterprise admin gives it to you in Settings, under People, using your Enterprise role action. It's described there as "Manages Enterprise partners and content." Once you have it, Enterprise appears in your sidebar footer.

What you can see

Your Enterprise menu shows:

  • Partners: Partner workspaces and Broadcasts
  • Content: Services, Solutions libraries, Vendors and Partner branding
  • Insights & billing: Analytics (no Billing)

The first time you open Enterprise, a four-step tour covers the menu, partner setup, partner branding and analytics.

Work with partner workspaces

Partner workspaces shows a simple list: Search partners, a status filter (All, Active, Not launched, Paused, Archived) and a table of Partner and Status. Select a partner to open it. Their page opens on the Content tab.

  • Content shows Access through tags and the partner's brand profiles and audiences. See Partner knowledge.
  • Overview shows What they can use: how many Services, Solutions libraries, brand profiles and audiences the partner has.
  • The … menu offers Manage tags and, for launched partners, View usage in Analytics.

Manage partner tags

Tags decide which Services and Solutions libraries each partner gets. You can create, edit, delete, and assign partner tags through the visible controls.

  • On a partner's Content tab, select + Add tag, then pick a tag or type a new name to create one. Changes save straight away.
  • When you set up a Service, you choose the tags that receive it, and can create, edit or delete tags from the same picker.

Deleting a tag removes it from every partner workspace and Solutions library that uses it, so check before you delete.

Broadcasts

You can review and draft broadcasts in this role. Only Enterprise admins can publish broadcasts. When your draft is ready, ask an Enterprise admin to send or schedule it. See Broadcasts.

Keep administration separate

Partner/Content Managers cannot stage or launch a partner, change its status or financial settings, manage partner admins, or manage Enterprise billing. Ask an Enterprise admin for staging, launch, status, or partner-admin actions. Ask an Enterprise billing admin for visible financial and billing actions.
