Service library

The Services page lists every Service you can use: the ones you made, ones teammates have shared with the team, and ones your Enterprise gives your workspace. Use it to find a Service, add a new one, or open one to read and edit it.

Where to find it

Open Knowledge in the sidebar and choose Services.

What you'll see

Header

The page is titled Services, with a short line about what Services are. Add service on the right opens the Add a service window.

Search and filters

Below the header:

• Search services filters the list as you type. It matches names, categories and descriptions. Press Escape to clear it.
• The filter tabs narrow the list by where a Service comes from. Each tab shows how many Services it holds.

The list

Each row shows:

• The Service name, with its category and what it does underneath.
• Who can use it: Only you or Whole team, and under that Created by you, Created by a teammate's name, or From your Enterprise's name.
• Updated, such as "Today", "Yesterday" or "12 Sep".
• A ... menu.

The most recently updated Services come first. Select a row to open the Service page.

If you have no Services yet, you'll see "Teach Yori a job you do often" with an Add service button. If your search hides everything, you'll see "No services match" your search, with Clear search.

The row menu

Open ... on a row to:

Option	What it does
Open	Opens the Service page
Try it in a new chat	Pick a project and start a chat with this Service ready to use
Make a copy	Makes a private copy you can edit, then opens it. Not offered for Enterprise Services
Share with team or Make private	Changes who can use a Service you made. Undo from the confirmation
Delete	Deletes a Service you made, after you confirm

On a Service you didn't make, the menu says who can change or delete it instead of offering sharing and Delete.

Add a Service

1. Select Add service.
2. Enter a Name, for example "Monthly client report". To give it an icon, select the icon with the pencil beside the name and pick one.
3. Under When should Yori use it?, say when it applies, for example "When I ask for a monthly report for a client". Yori reads this to decide when to use it.
4. Optionally choose a Category. Pick one from the list, or type your own and choose Use followed by what you typed.
5. Under Who can use it, choose Only you or Whole team. Sharing with the team needs the Business plan.
6. Select Add service.

Name and When should Yori use it? are required. If either is empty, the field is highlighted with a short note. Yori creates the Service and opens its page with the Instructions editor ready, so you can write the steps straight away.

On Free trial and Pro you can have up to 3 private Services. If you're at the limit, the window explains this and suggests Business for unlimited Services.

Delete a Service

1. Open ... on the Service, or ... at the top of its page, and choose Delete.
2. Select Delete service to confirm.

Chats that already used it keep their work, but Yori won't use the Service any more. Deleting can't be undone. You can only delete Services you made.
