Enterprise admins run the whole Enterprise area: they set up and launch partner workspaces, decide what each partner can use, manage credits and billing, and give colleagues Enterprise roles. If you're an Owner or Admin of your Enterprise workspace, you're an Enterprise admin automatically.
What you can do
As an Enterprise admin you can use every page in the Enterprise menu. The table shows the controls only Enterprise admins have, next to the other roles.

Set up and run partners
Most of your day-to-day work happens in Partner workspaces. A typical setup looks like this:
- Select Add partner and enter the partner's name, their first admin's email and a monthly credit limit.
- Add tags so the partner gets the right Services and Solutions libraries.
- Choose Add and launch to invite their first admin straight away, or Save without launching to finish setting up first.
- Open the partner to add brand profiles and audiences on the Content tab.
- Keep an eye on credits from the Overview tab, and answer any requests for more credits.
Every step is explained in Partner workspaces.
Change a partner's status with care
Pausing, archiving and disconnecting all affect the people in the partner's workspace, so Yori asks you to confirm each one:
- Pause partner: their people lose access to Yori until you resume them. Nothing is deleted.
- Archive: they lose access and move out of your active partners. Nothing is deleted and you can restore them later.
- Disconnect partner: they lose Enterprise credits, shared Services, libraries and tags. Their workspace, people, projects and any credits they bought themselves stay. You must type the partner's name to confirm.
- Remove draft (or Delete workspace from the list): only for workspaces you haven't launched. Nothing was sent to the partner, but this can't be undone.
People in a paused or archived workspace see a status page. See Partner workspace status.
Answer requests for more credits
Partner admins can ask for more credits each month from their own billing settings. When they do, a request card appears at the top of that partner's Overview tab, and an entry appears on the Activity tab with a Review request button. Only Enterprise admins can decide. Billing Managers can see the request but not act on it. See Requests for more credits.
Give someone an Enterprise role
Enterprise roles control who can use the Enterprise area. They're separate from the workspace role (Admin or Member).
- Open Settings from the sidebar footer and choose People.
- Find the person and open their actions menu.
- Select Enterprise role.
- Choose one option:
- Enterprise Admin: manages Enterprise roles and administration.
- Billing Manager: manages Enterprise billing.
- Partner/Content Manager: manages Enterprise partners and content.
- No Enterprise role: standard access only.
- Select Save role. Yori confirms with Enterprise role saved.
Good to know:
- You can't change your own Enterprise role, so your own row doesn't offer this action.
- Workspace admins always have Enterprise admin access. For them, the dialog shows Fallback Enterprise role instead. That choice only applies if their workspace admin access is later removed.
- The People list shows each person's Enterprise role next to their name.
Billing and the partner list
Enterprise admins see the same credit figures as Billing Managers on Partner workspaces, plus every setup control. You can also use the Billing page for quotes, purchase orders and invoices. See Enterprise billing.
Keep contract and billing details inside your organisation. Partner workspaces only ever see their own monthly limit and usage.
