Enterprise lets your organisation give each of its partners a Yori workspace, set up with your brand, your content and a monthly credit limit, so they can market your products without starting from scratch. The Enterprise area is for Enterprise admins, Enterprise billing admins, and Enterprise partner/content managers. Partner admins use their own partner workspace.
Who can open Enterprise
You'll see Enterprise in the sidebar footer, above Settings, when both of these are true:
- Your workspace is on an Enterprise plan.
- You have an Enterprise role: Enterprise Admin, Billing Manager or Partner/Content Manager.
Admins of the Enterprise workspace are Enterprise admins automatically. Everyone else starts with no Enterprise role and keeps the normal workspace experience until an Enterprise admin gives them one. If you open an Enterprise link without the right role, Yori takes you back to the app, or to the first Enterprise page you can use.
Partner workspaces never see the Enterprise area. People in a partner workspace use Yori as normal, with a few differences explained in Partner admins.
Open the Enterprise area
- Select Enterprise in the sidebar footer.
- Yori opens Partner workspaces. This is the landing page for every Enterprise role, though what it shows depends on your role.
- To return to your normal workspace, select Back to app in the sidebar footer.
On a phone or small screen, the sidebar is hidden. Tap the menu button at the top left (Open Enterprise navigation) to open it.
The Enterprise menu
The sidebar swaps the normal workspace menu for an Enterprise menu in three groups. You only see the items your role can use.
| Group | Item | What it's for | Guide |
|---|---|---|---|
| Partners | Partner workspaces | Add, launch and manage partner workspaces | Partner workspaces |

Take the quick tour
The first time you open Enterprise, a short tour called New Enterprise opens. It follows the menu you actually have:
- Enterprise admins and Partner/Content Managers get four steps: the grouped menu, setting up each partner, partner branding with its live preview, and analytics.
- Billing Managers get two steps: the menu and analytics.
Move through it with Next and Back, the step dots at the bottom, or the ← and → arrow keys. The last step's button is Start exploring. The tour opens once per person. Closing it in any way (Skip, the close button, Esc or Start exploring) means it won't come back. If you've only just signed up, your welcome screens come first and the tour waits until your next visit.
Enterprise settings
Enterprise pages share one layout: a page title and short description at the top, with the main actions on the right. There's no top bar on larger screens.
Enterprise roles are managed in Settings, not in the Enterprise area. Enterprise admins open Settings, choose People, and use a person's Enterprise role action. See Give someone an Enterprise role.
