Partner Brand Profiles and Audiences
Create Brand Profiles and Audiences for a partner workspace, then share them with the partner when they are ready.

You can build a Brand Profile or Audience inside a partner's workspace on their behalf, so content made for that partner sounds like them and speaks to the right people from day one. Items you create stay as drafts until you share them with the partner.
Who can do this
| Action | Enterprise admin | Enterprise partner/content manager | Enterprise billing admin |
|---|---|---|---|
| See a partner's Content tab | Yes | Yes | No |
| Add a Brand Profile or Audience | Yes | Yes | No |
| Open and edit one | Yes | Yes | No |
| Share with partner or Return to draft | Yes | Yes | No |
| Delete one | Yes | No | No |
Partner admins and other people in the partner workspace never see this screen. They only see the items you share, in their own Knowledge area.
Where to find it
- Open Partner workspaces in the Enterprise sidebar.
- Select the partner.
- Open the Content tab. If you are an Enterprise partner/content manager, the partner opens on this tab straight away.
You can also reach it from the partner's Overview tab. Under what the partner can use, select the Brand profiles or Audiences count.
Check the partner name at the top of the page before you add anything. Everything on this tab belongs to that one partner workspace.
What you'll see on the Content tab
Access through tags
The top of the tab shows the tags on this partner. Tags decide which Services and Solutions libraries the partner can use. A line on the right counts how many Services and libraries match the current tags.
- Select + Add tag to pick a tag, or type a new name and choose + Create to make one.
- Select the cross on a tag to remove it.
- Changes save straight away.
See Enterprise Services and Solutions libraries for how tags control sharing.
Brand profiles and Audiences
Below the tags are two tables, Brand profiles and Audiences. Each lists only the items created by people in your Enterprise, newest first. Items the partner made themselves don't appear here.
| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Name | The item's name. Select the row to open it. |
| Added by | The person who created it. |
| Updated | When it last changed, shown as Today, Yesterday or a date. |
| Sharing | Draft or Shared. While Yori is still building it you'll see Processing or Generating. If something went wrong you'll see Error or Needs attention. |
When a table is empty you'll see No brand profiles yet or No audiences yet. If a list fails to load, select Try again.
Create a Brand Profile or Audience
- On the Content tab, select Add brand profile or Add audience.
- Follow the same steps you would in your own workspace. The wizard is identical, but the result is saved in the partner's workspace. See Create a Brand Profile and Create an Audience.
- When Yori finishes, the new item opens. It starts as a Draft.
Building a profile uses AI credits. While the partner workspace has not launched yet, the credits come from your Enterprise workspace. After launch, they come from the partner workspace.
If a Brand Profile fails, the row says Couldn't create this profile. Open it to try again.
Open and edit an item
Select a row to open the full Brand Profile or Audience editor. The breadcrumb at the top reads Partner workspaces, then the partner's name, then the item. Use it to get back to the partner.
The editor works the same way as in your own workspace. See Edit a Brand Profile and Edit an Audience. If you rebuild an Audience, Yori takes you back to the partner's Content tab to run the wizard again.
Share with the partner
A draft is only visible to your Enterprise. To make it available to everyone in the partner workspace:
- Find the row on the Content tab.
- Open the row menu (the three dots).
- Select Share with partner.
You'll see Brand profile shared or Audience shared. To hide it again, choose Return to draft from the same menu. The share option only appears once Yori has finished building the item.
If the change doesn't go through, you'll see Visibility not saved and the row goes back to how it was.
Delete an item
Only Enterprise admins can delete. Open the row menu and select Delete brand profile or Delete audience, then confirm. This removes the item from the partner workspace and can't be undone. You can't delete an Audience while Yori is still generating it.
Good to know
- Each partner's items stay inside that partner's workspace. Sharing never makes them visible to other partners.
- The Overview tab for a partner shows live counts of these Brand Profiles and Audiences.
- Once shared, partner users find the item in their own Brand Profiles or Audiences list. See Brand Profiles and Audiences.
