Enterprise Services are ready-made jobs your partners can run, like a quarterly business review pack or a campaign email. You write a Service once, choose which partners get it with tags, and Yori offers it to them when it fits what they are doing.

Who can use Services

Enterprise admins and Enterprise partner/content managers see Services in the Enterprise sidebar under Content. Both roles can create, edit, share, stop sharing and delete Services. Enterprise billing admins don't see this page.

Enterprise admins and Enterprise partner/content managers can use the Service editor controls to create, edit, move, and delete package files. They can also update Service details and assign Services to partner tags. Only Enterprise admins can tick Tell partner admins with a broadcast when sharing, because only Enterprise admins can publish broadcasts.

Partner recipients can inspect an assigned Service's package tree and file contents in their own workspace, but cannot change the assigned original. In a partner workspace, an Enterprise-assigned Service is read-only: people there can see the package tree and file contents the UI displays. See Service library for the partner's view.

How a Service is built

Each Service is a small package of text files, a bit like a Claude or Codex skill:

  • SERVICE.md holds the instructions Yori follows. It is always at the top of the package and can't be renamed, moved or deleted.
  • Extra files hold templates, checklists and examples Yori can read when it runs the Service.
  • Services hold text files only (Markdown, text, CSV, JSON, YAML, HTML and similar), up to 256 KB per file and 1 MB in total.

Every Service also has a Name (up to 80 characters), a Category, When Yori uses it (the sentence Yori reads to decide when to offer it) and an optional What partners see line for their list of Services. Categories are Content, Creative, Strategy, Research, Marketing, Sales and Operations.

The Services list

The page header reads Services, with a New service button on the right. Below it you'll find a search box (Search services), a Category filter and a sharing filter with counts: All, Shared and Draft.

Column What it shows
Service The name. Select the row to open the editor.
Category The Service's category.
Who can use it The partner tags on the Service, or No tags.
Used by How many partners have it.
Runs How many times it ran this month.
Sharing Shared or Draft.

Each row has a menu with Open editor, Share with partners (or Stop sharing) and Delete service. On a phone, rows appear as cards with the same details.

If you have no Services yet, you'll see Create your first service. If nothing matches your search, select a different filter or clear the search.

Create a Service

Select New service and choose how to start.

Option Best for
Create with Yori (Recommended) Describing what you want and letting Yori ask questions and draft it with you.
Write it yourself Typing the name, when Yori should use it, and the instructions by hand.
Upload a service Bringing in an existing package, including Claude and Codex skills.

Every new Service starts as a draft. Partners can't see it until you share it.

Create with Yori

This opens a three-step page: Describe, Draft and Share.

  1. Describe. Yori asks: "What should it make, and who is it for?" Reply in the box (Reply to Yori…), up to 4,000 characters per message. Tap any suggested answers Yori offers. Select Add an example to attach text files (such as .md, .txt, .csv, .json or .html) you want Yori to copy the structure from.
  2. As you chat, the Draft panel on the right fills in: Name, When Yori uses it, Yori asks for (up to 8 questions Yori asks the partner first), What it makes, the Instructions and Files. You can edit any of these directly.
  3. When Yori has enough to go on, select Write the draft. Yori may still have questions, but you can write it at any point. Open in editor skips straight to the full editor instead.
  4. Check the draft. Read the result on the right, edit anything, or tell Yori what to change in the chat (Tell Yori what to change…). Each change is saved straight away. Select Show the exact changes to see what Yori edited, and undo Yori's latest change if you don't want it. When you're happy, select Get it ready to share.
  5. Share with partners. See Share a Service.

Write it yourself

The Write a service dialog asks for:

  • Name, for example "Backup and recovery one-pager".
  • Category (Choose one).
  • When should Yori use it? One or two sentences on what it makes and when to use it, up to 1,024 characters. Yori suggests trimming it if it gets long.
  • What partners see (optional). Leave it blank to use the line above.
  • SERVICE.md, the instructions. Switch between Write and Preview.
  • Extra files. Select Add file, then Choose from your computer or New empty file.

Select Create draft. If you close the dialog with unsaved work, Yori asks Discard this service? first. The link Create it with Yori switches to the guided flow.

Upload a service

  1. Drop a file onto the Upload a service dialog, or click to choose one. Yori accepts a .zip with SERVICE.md at the top, a .skill file, or a single SKILL.md or SERVICE.md, up to 5 MB.
  2. Yori checks the upload "the way Yori will read it" and marks each check Passed, Worth a look or Needs fixing. A SKILL.md is saved as SERVICE.md.
  3. If something needs fixing, correct it and upload again, or select Choose another file.
  4. Select Create draft.

Edit a Service

Open a Service from the list to reach the editor. The header shows the name, Shared or Not shared yet, the version partners have, who created it, when it last saved, its tags, runs this month and a View in Analytics link once it has been used.

Header buttons:

  • Edit with Yori opens a side panel where you describe a change in your own words. Yori updates the draft and you can undo its latest change.
  • Share with partners (first time) or Share update (when you have unshared changes).
  • The More actions menu has Settings, View in Analytics, Stop sharing and Delete service.

The editor has three tabs.

Overview

Shows When Yori uses it, What partners see and Yori asks for, each with an edit button. On the side you'll see Status, Version partners have, Last shared, Visible to, Runs this month, Created, Updated and Files.

Contents

This is where you edit the package files.

  • The file list on the left shows SERVICE.md and any other files and folders. Use Add a file or folder to choose New file or New folder.
  • Each file or folder has a menu with Rename, Duplicate (files only), Move to folder (including Top level), Delete, and for folders New file here and New folder here. Deleting asks you to confirm and can't be undone.
  • The document pane shows the open file. Switch between Preview and Markdown. Changes save as you type. If saving fails, you'll see a note that Yori will keep trying and nothing you typed is lost.
  • Highlight text and choose Ask Yori to have Yori rewrite only that part. Type what to change in the box under your selection. Yori shows Yori edited the text with an Undo button.
  • Use the version picker to view Draft · your changes or any shared version. Older versions are read only. Select Restore this version to copy it back into your draft.

Versions

Lists your Draft at the top, then every shared version with its note, who shared it and when. Select Restore on any version to replace your draft with it. Partners keep what they have until you share an update. Before the first share you'll see No versions yet.

Service settings

Settings opens Service settings, where you can change Name, Category, When Yori uses it, What partners see and Who can use it (the partner tags). Select Save.

Share a Service

Partners get a Service through tags. Any launched partner workspace with a matching tag sees it in their Services.

From Create with Yori, the Share step shows:

  • Before you share: Yori checks that the Service says when to use it, that SERVICE.md has instructions, and that there is a summary for partners. Nothing here stops you sharing.
  • Who can use it: add partner tags. The panel tells you how many partners will see it, or that no partners have these tags yet.
  • How updates work: partners get version 1 now, and later edits stay in your draft until you share again.

Select Share with followed by the partner count, or Keep as draft to leave it private. Back to the draft returns to the previous step.

From the editor or the list, Share with partners opens a confirmation that lists the partners who will see it. Enterprise admins can also tick Tell partner admins with a broadcast to send partner admins an announcement with a link to their Services. Select Share service.

Share an update

After the first share, edits stay in your draft. A banner reminds you that partners are still using the current version.

  1. Select Share update.
  2. Optionally fill in What changed? It appears next to the version on the Versions tab.
  3. Select Share update. Partners now have the new version.

Stop sharing or delete

  • Stop sharing removes the Service from partner workspaces straight away. Their past results stay in their projects, and the versions are kept so you can share again later.
  • Delete service removes it for good, including its files and versions. If it was shared, partners lose it straight away. This can't be undone.

Good to know

  • Yori's help while you create or edit a Service uses AI credits from your Enterprise workspace, like other Yori work.
  • If a tag has no launched partners yet, nobody sees the Service until you tag a partner.
  • Partners run Services from their own workspace. Run counts appear on the list and in Enterprise analytics.
