Solutions libraries
Group vendor and product documents into libraries that Yori searches when your partners write.

Solutions libraries hold vendor and product knowledge, such as datasheets, pricing and battlecards. When a partner with access asks Yori to write something, Yori searches the library so answers are accurate and on-brand, and shows the vendor's logo when it uses one.
Who can use Solutions libraries
Enterprise admins and Enterprise partner/content managers see Solutions libraries in the Enterprise sidebar under Content. Both roles can create, edit, share and delete libraries and their documents. Enterprise billing admins don't see this page.
Partners never browse or edit a library. Yori searches it for them in the background when they work, as long as the library is shared and the partner has a matching tag.
The libraries list
The page header reads Solutions libraries with a New library button. Below it you'll find a search box (Search libraries), a Vendor filter and a sharing filter with counts: All, Shared and Draft.
| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Library | The name. Select the row to open it. |
| Vendor | The vendor whose logo partners see. |
| Who can use it | The partner tags on the library, or No tags. |
| Documents | How many documents it holds. |
| Searches | How many times partners searched it this month. |
| Sharing | Shared or Draft. |
Each row has a menu with Open library, Add documents, Share with partners (or Stop sharing) and Delete library. On a phone, rows appear as cards.
If you have no libraries yet, you'll see Add your first solutions library.
Create a library
- Select New library.
- In New solutions library, enter a Name.
- Choose a Vendor (optional). Partners see this vendor's logo. Use Search vendors to find one. Add vendors first on the Vendors page.
- Fill in What belongs in it (optional), for example "datasheets, pricing, battlecards".
- Under Who can use it, add partner tags. You can create a new tag here too.
- Select Create library.
You'll see Library created. A new library starts as a draft, so partners can't search it until you share it.
Add documents
Open a library and select Add documents, or choose Add documents from the row menu. You can also drop files anywhere on a library's page. The dialog has two sources.
Files
Drop files into the box or click to browse. Yori accepts PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and text files (including Markdown, CSV, JSON, YAML, HTML, RTF and ODT). The dialog shows the size limit for each file and tells you if you add too many at once. Select Add documents to upload.
Web pages
- Enter a Page address, for example example.com/guide.
- Select Read page. Yori reads the page now and shows the text and its character count so you can check it.
- Select Read again if needed, then Add web page.
Yori reads new documents in the background. Partners can search each one as soon as it is ready.
The library page
The header shows the vendor logo, the library name, Vendor: with the vendor's name (or No vendor) and the library's tags. The buttons are Settings and Add documents.
Below the header, a row of figures shows Documents, Ready, Processing, Failed and Searches this month. If documents are still processing, a banner tells you how many, and that partners can already search the rest.
Documents table
| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Name | The file or page name. |
| Type | For example PDF, DOCX, PPTX, Markdown or Web page. |
| Status | Ready, Processing, or a red dot with See why when it failed. |
| Added | When it was added. |
Each document's menu has Download original (files only), View extracted text (once ready), Reprocess and Delete document. View extracted text opens the text Yori read from the document.
Tick the boxes to select several documents. A bar appears with the count selected and Reprocess, Delete and a button to clear the selection.
When a document fails
Select See why next to the red dot to see what went wrong and what to do next. Common reasons include:
- The file is password protected.
- The file is too big to read in one go.
- The file type can't be read.
- No text was found, for example a scan without real text.
- The page couldn't be read, for example because it isn't public.
From the same panel you can Try again (web pages) or Replace file (files), or Remove the document.
Delete documents
Deleting asks you to confirm. Partners won't find answers from the document any more, but documents Yori already wrote aren't changed.
Library settings
Select Settings to open Library settings. You can change:
- Name
- Vendor
- What belongs in it (optional)
- Who can use it (partner tags)
- Sharing: Draft (only your Enterprise can see it) or Shared (partners with a matching tag can search it)
Select Save.
Share a library with partners
Partners get access through tags. A shared library is searchable by every launched partner workspace that has at least one of its tags.
- Make sure the library has the right tags under Who can use it.
- Choose Share with partners from the row menu, or set Sharing to Shared in Library settings.
- The confirmation tells you how many partners will be able to search it. Select Share library.
If the library has no tags, or no launched partners have them, nobody can search it until you tag a partner. To change which tags a partner has, open the partner's Content tab. See Partner Brand Profiles and Audiences.
Stop sharing or delete a library
- Stop sharing removes it from partners straight away. You can share it again later.
- Delete library deletes the library and all of its documents. Partners lose access straight away. This can't be undone.
