Analytics shows how your partners use Yori: who is active, which Services they run, which Solutions libraries and vendors they search, and how many credits they use. Use it to spot partners who need help, content that isn't landing, and partners close to their limits.

Where to find it

Open Analytics in the Enterprise sidebar under Insights & billing. Every Enterprise role can open it, but each role sees different tabs.

What each role sees

Tab Enterprise admin Enterprise partner/content manager Enterprise billing admin
Overview Yes Yes Yes
Partners Yes Yes No
Services Yes Yes No
Solutions libraries Yes Yes No
Vendors Yes Yes No
Credits Yes No Yes

Enterprise partner/content managers don't see credit figures anywhere in Analytics. Enterprise billing admins don't see content and adoption details. A note under the tabs explains what your role can't see.

The page header

The header has two controls on the right.

Date range

Select the date button to choose a period. Presets are This month, Last month, Last 7 days, Last 30 days, Last 90 days, This year and Custom. For a custom range, pick a start and end day on the two-month calendar. You can choose up to 366 days.

Tick Compare with previous period to show how each figure changed against the same length of time immediately before. Select Apply.

The Credits tab always follows the current billing period, so the date range doesn't apply there.

Export

Select Export to download data:

  • This table as CSV downloads the rows on screen, up to 1,000, with your current filters.
  • Everything as CSV downloads a .zip with one CSV per tab you can see.

The menu footer shows the dates and filters the export will use. If an export fails, you'll see Export didn't finish with a Try again button. If the file is too large, try a shorter date range or export one table.

Filters

Filter chips sit to the right of the tabs. Which filters appear depends on the tab:

Filter Tabs
Partner Overview, Services, Solutions libraries, Vendors, Credits
Tag All tabs
Status (Active, Not launched, Paused, Archived) All tabs
Service Services
Library Solutions libraries, Vendors

Select a chip to pick values, or the cross to remove it. If nothing matches, the page tells you why and offers to remove the last filter or clear them all. Your tab, dates and filters are kept in the page address, so you can bookmark or share a view with colleagues who have the same access.

If a figure hit a data limit, a notice says Some numbers may be incomplete and suggests a shorter range or fewer filters.

Overview

For Enterprise admins and Enterprise partner/content managers, the Overview shows:

  • Headline figures: Active partners, Active people, Service runs and Library searches. Enterprise admins also see Credits used. With comparison on, each shows its change.
  • A Credits used per day chart for Enterprise admins.
  • Needs attention: partners and libraries worth a look, with the reason. Reasons include No activity yet, failed runs, No library searches, and for roles that can see credits, Near limit, Limit reached and Credit request open. When all is well you'll see Nothing needs attention right now.
  • Top services and Top solutions libraries. Enterprise admins also see Top partners by credits, and each list has See all → to jump to the full tab.

For Enterprise billing admins, the Overview shows credit figures for the billing period, including Credits used, a Forecast for the end of the period and Partners near limit, plus Top partners by credits and the Needs attention list.

Partners tab

A table with one row per partner. Use Rank partners by to sort by Credits (Enterprise admins only), People, Runs or Searches, or select a column header.

Credits used Enterprise admins only, with a bar against the partner's limit.
Active people Active people out of everyone in the workspace.
Service runs Runs in the period.
Searches Solutions library searches in the period.

Vendors tab

Headline figures: Vendors in use, Vendor searches, Most searched and Partners using 3+ vendors. A heat map shows how often each partner searched each vendor, from Fewer to More searches. Hover over a cell to see the exact count. By vendor ranks vendors by searches.

Credits tab

Enterprise admins and Enterprise billing admins see the current billing period: a chart of credits used so far with a forecast, a summary of your Enterprise's credits, and Open billing →. The Partner limits table lists each partner with Used this month, Forecast, Of limit and Status. See Enterprise billing.

Drill into a partner, Service, library or vendor

Select any row to open a detail page. Each has a breadcrumb back to Analytics and its tab, the same date range control and an Export menu for its own table.

Partner Credits used (Enterprise admins), Active people, Service runs, Library searches and Success rate. A Credits used this month chart with its limit. By service, By person (with Role, Service runs, Searches, Most used and Last active), By solutions library, Brand profiles and audiences and Worth knowing tips. Manage partner opens the partner workspace page. A partner that hasn't launched shows a prompt to launch it instead.

If a detail page can't be found, it may have been removed, renamed, or your role may not include it.

Good to know

  • Figures are calendar days in your time zone.
  • Analytics is for your Enterprise team. Partner admins don't see these views.
