A partner workspace is a Yori workspace you set up for one of your partners, with your content, your branding and a monthly credit limit. Partner workspaces is where you add, launch and look after them, and it's the first page you see when you open Enterprise.
Who sees what
Everyone with an Enterprise role can open Partner workspaces, but each role sees a different version:
- Enterprise admins see the full list and every control: adding, launching, tags, status changes and disconnecting.
- Enterprise billing admins use the visible limit, credit, and billing controls. They see the full list with credit figures, and can set credit limits, but can't add, launch or change a partner's status.
- Enterprise partner/content managers use content-only partner views. They see each partner's name and status, and open a partner to manage tags, brand profiles and audiences.
In this guide, Billing Manager and Partner/Content Manager are the role names you'll see in Settings.
Partner statuses
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Not launched | Set up but not live. Nothing has been sent to the partner and their credits haven't started. |
| Active | Live. Their people can use Yori within the monthly credit limit. |
| Paused | Their people have lost access until you resume them. Nothing is deleted. |
| Archived | Moved out of your active partners. Nothing is deleted and you can restore them. |
| Over limit | Shown instead of Active when an active partner has used all of this month's credits. |
The partner list
Enterprise admins and Billing Managers see this layout, from top to bottom.
Header
- Export downloads a CSV of the partners currently shown (it follows your search and filters). Columns: Partner, Workspace, Status, Tags, Members, Credits used this month and Monthly credit limit.
- Add partner (Enterprise admins only) opens the setup dialog.
Summary row
Four figures for this month:
- How many of your Enterprise's monthly credits partners have used, with a bar.
- Active partners, out of your total.
- Given to partners as limits: the total of every partner's monthly credit limit.
- Need attention: active partners that have used 80% or more of their limit, or whose limit is blocked.
Search and filters
- Search partners or tags filters by partner name, workspace or tag.
- The status filter has All, Active, Not launched, Paused and Archived, each with a count.
- Tag filters by one or more tags, and appears once there are tags to choose from. Select the cross on the chip to clear it.
If nothing matches you'll see No partners match, with Clear filters.
Table
Each row shows Partner (name, plus the workspace address or, for drafts, the first admin's email), Tags, Members, Credits this month (used, limit and a bar, or No limit set) and Status. Select a row to open the partner. On a phone the list becomes cards; tap a card to open it.
Enterprise admins can hover a row and select the tag icon (Manage tags) to change its tags in place.
Row actions
Open the … menu (Open partner actions) at the end of a row. You'll see the actions your role allows:
- Open
- Launch workspace (Enterprise admins, not launched only)
- Manage tags (Enterprise admins)
- View usage in Analytics (launched partners)
- Pause partner, Resume partner, Archive partner or Restore partner (Enterprise admins)
- Delete workspace for a draft, or Disconnect partner for a launched partner (Enterprise admins)
Empty and error states
With no partners yet, Enterprise admins see Add your first partner with three steps: create the workspace and set a credit limit, tag it, then launch it. Other roles see No partner workspaces yet. If the list fails to load you'll see We couldn't load your partners with a retry button; nothing about your partners has changed.
The content manager list
Partner/Content Managers see a simpler page described as "See your partner workspaces and manage the content each one can use." It has Search partners, the same status filter, and a table of Partner and Status. Select a partner to open it on the Content tab.
Add a partner
Only Enterprise admins can add partners.
- Select Add partner. The dialog is called Add a partner workspace. Nothing is sent to the partner until you launch it.
- Enter the Partner name (up to 200 characters).
- Enter the First admin email. They get an invite when you launch.
- Set the Monthly credit limit. Type a number or pick 100, 300 or 500. It must be between 50 and 50,000 in steps of 50, and you can change it at any time. If your Enterprise has a monthly credit total, the hint shows how many credits are left and warns you if this limit is more than that.
- Optionally, add Tags. Tags decide which Services and libraries the partner can use.
- Choose how to finish:
- Add and launch creates the workspace and launches it straight away.
- Save without launching keeps it as Not launched so you can finish setting it up. Pressing
Enterin a field also saves without launching, so nothing is sent by accident.
Launch a partner
Launching makes the workspace live, emails an invite to the first admin and starts their monthly credit limit from today.
- From the list, open the row's … menu and choose Launch workspace. From the partner page, use Launch workspace in the … menu, on the Overview tab or on the Members tab.
- Check the summary: First admin, Monthly credit limit and Tags.
- Select Launch workspace. Yori confirms with Partner launched.
Manage tags
Tags link partners to the Services and Solutions libraries you share. A partner gets everything shared with any of its tags.
- From the list (Enterprise admins): use Manage tags in the row menu or the tag icon. Pick tags in Select or create partner tags, or type a new name to create one, then select Save. You can also edit a tag's name and colour (Edit partner tag) or delete it. Deleting a tag removes it from every partner workspace and Solutions library that uses it.
- From a partner's Content tab (Enterprise admins and Partner/Content Managers): use + Add tag. Type in Search or create a tag to find a tag or create a new one. Changes save straight away. Yori shows how many Services and libraries match the partner's tags.
Tag names can be up to 80 characters.
The partner page
Select a partner to open its page. The header shows a breadcrumb back to Partner workspaces, the partner's picture or initials, name, status, up to a few tags (hover + for the rest) and the date it was added or launched.
Header actions
- Set credit limit (Enterprise admins and Billing Managers).
- The … menu (More partner actions) holds, depending on your role: Launch workspace, Manage tags, View usage in Analytics, Open their workspace (opens it in a new tab), status changes, and Remove draft or Disconnect partner.
Tabs
| Tab | Enterprise Admin | Billing Manager | Partner/Content Manager |
|---|---|---|---|
| Overview | Yes | Yes | Yes |
| Members | Yes | Yes | No |
| Content | Yes | No | Yes, opens first |
| Activity | Yes | Yes | No |
The tab you're on is saved in the page address, so you can share a link to it. If one part of the page fails to load, only that panel shows an error with a retry option.
Overview tab
- Credit request: a card appears at the top when the partner has asked for more credits. See Requests for more credits.
- Credits this month (Enterprise admins and Billing Managers): credits used out of the monthly limit, a bar, the percentage used and a forecast such as "on track to stay within the limit" or the date they're likely to reach it. When they've used everything you'll see Limit reached. For a draft, you see Planned monthly credit limit instead, with a Launch workspace button for admins.
- Daily use for the current month, as a chart. Full usage in Analytics → opens the partner's analytics (Enterprise admins).
- What they can use: how many Services and Solutions libraries are shared through their tags, and how many brand profiles and audiences they have. If they have no tags you'll see No tags yet, so nothing is shared.
- Admins and invitations (Enterprise admins): their admins and any open invites, with Resend on each invite.
Members tab
Shows everyone in the partner workspace and any open admin invites. Use Search members and the All, Admins and Invited filter. Columns: Member, Role, Monthly credit limit, Used this month and Last active.
- Edit a person's limit (Enterprise admins and Billing Managers, active partners only): select the limit or use Edit monthly credit limit in the row menu. Enter a whole number from 0 to 50,000, or leave it empty for no limit. 0 pauses AI for that person and shows 0 · AI paused. Select Save limit.
- Copy email copies the person's email address.
- Invite admin (Enterprise admins): enter one or more email addresses, separated by commas or by pressing
Enter. Paste a list to add several at once, and pressBackspacein an empty field to remove the last one. Invites expire after 7 days. Select Send invite. - Copy invite link, Resend invite and Revoke invite (Enterprise admins) appear in an invite's row menu. Copy the link to send it to the person another way, for example if the invite email doesn't arrive. Resending replaces the link. Revoking stops the invite link working; you can send a new one at any time. See Make sure Yori emails arrive.
Before launch, the tab explains that the first admin is invited when you launch.
Content tab
Access through tags lists the partner's tags and how many Services and libraries they unlock. Below it are the partner's brand profiles and audiences, each marked as draft or shared. Creating and editing these is covered in Partner knowledge.
Activity tab
A timeline of what has happened in the workspace, grouped by day. Filter by Everything, Credits, People, Content or Status, and choose Last 7 days, Last 30 days or Last 90 days. Events include launches and status changes, limit changes, credit requests and decisions, admin invites, Service runs, tags and shares, and alerts when the partner passes 80% of their limit or reaches it.
A summary card shows Credits used, Service runs, Library searches and Active people for the period.
Set a partner's monthly credit limit
Enterprise admins and Billing Managers can change this at any time.
- On the partner page, select Set credit limit.
- Enter a number or pick 250, 500, 1,000, 2,000 or 5,000. Use steps of 50, up to 50,000.
- Check the facts: Current limit, Extra approved this month (if any) and Used this month.
- Select Save limit. Changes apply straight away.
Setting the limit to 0 pauses AI for everyone in the workspace. For a draft, the dialog is Set planned credit limit, the minimum is 50 and the limit starts when you launch.
When a partner reaches their limit, their AI actions stop until the next month or until you raise it.
Requests for more credits
Partner admins can ask for more credits from their own billing settings. The request shows on the partner's Overview tab, with the person's note, when it was sent and when it expires (at the end of the month). You'll see Current limit and Requested.
Enterprise admins can:
- Select Approve to give what was asked.
- Select Change amount to approve a different amount, in steps of 50.
- Select Decline, optionally add a note (up to 2,000 characters), then Decline request. The partner keeps their current limit and gets an email with your note.
After approving, a strip confirms the new monthly limit and that Yori has let the person know. Billing Managers see the request with the message "Only Enterprise owners and admins can approve or decline. Billing managers can view it."
Pause, archive or disconnect a partner
Only Enterprise admins can change a partner's status.
| Action | Available when | What happens |
|---|---|---|
| Pause partner | Active | Their people lose access to Yori until you resume them. Nothing is deleted and their projects stay as they are. |
| Resume partner | Paused | Access returns and credit use restarts within their limit. |
| Archive or Archive partner | Active or paused | They lose access and move out of your active partners. Nothing is deleted. |
| Restore partner | Archived | The partner becomes active again. |
| Disconnect partner | Launched | They lose Enterprise credits, shared Services, libraries and tags. Their workspace, people, projects and any credits they bought themselves stay. On the partner page, type the partner's name to confirm. |
| Delete workspace or Remove draft | Not launched | Deletes the workspace you set up. Nothing was sent to the partner. This can't be undone. |
Each action asks you to confirm first. What partner users see is explained in Partner workspace status.
