Partner workspace status
Understand what a suspended or archived partner workspace communicates to its users.

On this page6 sections
If the Enterprise that runs your partner workspace pauses or archives it, Yori shows a banner and a status page to explain what's happened and who to contact. This page explains each status and what you can do.
How you'll know
When your workspace isn't active, a red banner appears across the top of Yori on every page. It names your Enterprise, for example "Northwind has suspended your access to Yori". Select the banner to open the Partner workspace status page.
While the workspace isn't active, AI actions such as chat are paused. If you try one, Yori shows "Workspace access is paused. Please contact your workspace admin or Enterprise host to reactivate access."
What the status page shows
The page is a single card with:
- A title and message for the current status (see the table below).
- Workspace: the name of your workspace, so you can check you're in the right one.
- Credit state (when your credits come from the Enterprise): Monthly credit cap, Consumed this period and Remaining. Any value that hasn't been set shows Not set.
If your workspace is active, the status page isn't needed, so Yori sends you back to the app.
Each status explained
| Status | Banner | Title on the status page | What it means |
|---|---|---|---|
| Suspended | "Your Enterprise has suspended your access to Yori" | This partner workspace is suspended | Access is paused. Contact your admin to reactivate it. |
| Archived | "Your Enterprise has archived your access to Yori" | This partner workspace is archived | The workspace is no longer available. Its data is kept private. |
| Awaiting launch | "Your Enterprise has not launched this workspace yet" | This partner workspace is awaiting launch | Your Enterprise hasn't launched the workspace yet. |
In the banner, "Your Enterprise" is replaced by your Enterprise's name.
Enterprise admins see a suspended workspace as Paused. It's the same thing.
What to do
Suspended
Your workspace admin or Enterprise has paused access. Nothing has been deleted and your projects stay as they are. Contact your workspace admin, or your contact at the Enterprise, and ask them to reactivate it. When they resume the workspace, the banner disappears and you can use AI again within your monthly credit limit.
Archived
The workspace has been moved out of the Enterprise's active partners. Your data is kept private and nothing is deleted, but the workspace is no longer available for normal use. If you need access again, contact your workspace admin or your Enterprise. They can restore it.
Awaiting launch
If you've been invited before the Enterprise has launched the workspace, contact them if you expected access.
Good to know
- Only the Enterprise can change your workspace's status. Partner admins can't pause, archive or reactivate it themselves.
- Switching account or opening a different link won't get around the status. Contact your admin instead.
- If your workspace is active but AI has stopped, you may have reached your monthly credit limit instead. See Out of credits.
- The status page only shows your own workspace. It never shows details about your Enterprise's contract or other partners.
